Steve Backfisch specializes in the practice of civil litigation and appeals. With more than twenty years of experience, he regularly handles all types of civil litigation including employment discrimination claims on behalf of employers, defense of civil rights claims, catastrophic personal injury claims, and product liability claims on behalf of defendants. He regularly represents clients in civil litigation in the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States District Courts in New Jersey and New York, and in the appellate courts both state and federal.
