Steve Santola is Of Counsel with the firm. He is also Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Woodmont Properties. Steve’s practice is devoted primarily to land use and planning, commercial litigation, creditor's rights, and foreclosure law. Steve has experience before numerous municipal Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for both the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, among others. He also currently serves as Mayor in the Township of Livingston. Prior to joining the firm, Steve served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Edward F. Nagle, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He also served as an associate with the Newark law firm of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione.
