Roger Mehner joined Lindabury in the spring of 2011. His practice is concentrated in general corporate and transactional matters; general representation for nonprofit clients, including independent schools; commercial and residential real estate leasing, purchases and sales; land use, zoning and development matters; and banking and finance. Prior to joining Lindabury, Roger was a partner at Bourne, Noll & Kenyon in Summit, New Jersey. Early in his career, he served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Gaynor, J.S.C.
Roger is a Summit resident and has been active in a variety of community and volunteer organizations and activities. He is past President of the Summit Area YMCA, the Rotary Club of Summit and the Summit Jaycees, and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Summit Area YMCA. He has also been active in the Summit Playhouse, the Summit Performing Arts Resource Committee, Princeton University Alumni activities and youth sports. He has also served as pro bono counsel for the Summit Playhouse and the Reeves Reed Arboretum.
