Joshua Sklarin joined the firm in 2009. Joshua concentrates his practice in the areas of education law and automotive law.
Joshua is a 2008 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. At Seton Hall, Joshua worked for Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice assisting clients on a variety of immigration matters. During Joshua’s first year of law school, he interned for the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan, J.S.C.Cr. During this time, Joshua was also employed as a law clerk for a plaintiff’s firm located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Thereafter, Joshua gained experience working as a law clerk for a mid-size North Jersey firm, where he handled cases in the areas of employment law, medical malpractice, insurance defense and criminal law.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua served as the law clerk to the Honorable John A. O’Shaughnessy, J.S.C.Cv.
