Greg Vitali is a member of the firm, and concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of commercial and construction law. He also has extensive experience in public contracts law, particularly in representing clients in bid disputes and protests, as well as in the filing and perfection of contractors’ and suppliers’ rights under New Jersey’s Municipal Mechanics’ Lien Law and New Jersey’s Bond Act.

Greg has served as Counsel to the New Jersey Subcontractors Association since 2000. He is also a member, and current Chairman, of the Attorneys’ Council to the American Subcontractors Association, and an active member of the Attorneys’ Council for the National Subcontractors Alliance. Greg regularly lectures before contractors and suppliers regarding issues relevant to the construction industry.

In addition to construction law, Greg’s practice includes the representation of corporate clients in general commercial litigation.
